RULES & SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Film Duration
The total duration of the film must not exceed 3 minutes, including opening titles and end credits. -
Language Policy
Films may be produced in any language. However, English subtitles are mandatory for all submissions. -
Multiple Entries Allowed
Participants may submit multiple films. Each film must be submitted through a separate registration form. -
Registration Fee
A registration fee of ₹750 per movie is applicable. Each submission requires separate payment and registration. (The fee is non-refundable). -
Originality Requirement
All submitted films must be original works created by the participant(s). -
Poster Requirement
Each submission must include one official movie poster. Poster ratio must be 4:5 (Portrait Format). -
Credits Requirement
All cast, crew members, music, and external resources used must be properly credited within the film duration. -
Submission Policy
Only entries submitted through the official form before the deadline will be accepted. -
Content Standards
Films must not contain unlawful, offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content. -
Fair Competition Policy
Any violation of rules or submission of misleading information may result in disqualification. -
Jury Decision
All submitted films will be reviewed by the Jury Panel. The decision and evaluation of the Jury shall be final and binding. -
Acceptance of Rules
Submission of an entry confirms acceptance of all competition rules and guidelines. -
Content Restriction:
Any communal, vulgar, abusive, offensive, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. Any content containing hate speech, discrimination, violence glorification, or material falling under 18+ / adult categories will not be permitted and may lead to immediate disqualification.
- Movie length must not exceed 5 minutes.
- Film format – 1920 X 1080 @25FPS
- Non-English Films should have Subtitles in English.
- Final Output: Compressed video in (*.mp4) format
- The submitted movie file must be under 1 GB.

Eligibility
This category is open only to internal students. -
Team Formation (Mandatory)
Each entry must be created by a team of exactly 3 students. Only 3 members are allowed per team. Individual participation is not permitted. -
Duration
The total duration of the animation must not exceed 1 minute, including opening titles and end credits. -
Language Policy

A registration fee of ₹450 per team is applicable. Each submission requires separate registration. If a team submits multiple entries, separate registration and payment will apply for each entry. (The fee is non-refundable). -

Use of Assets & Resources

Creative Contribution Requirement
While external assets are permitted, the concept, storytelling, animation, scene composition, lighting, editing, and final presentation must be created by the team members. -
AI & Supporting Tools
AI-assisted tools may be used as supporting resources only and must not replace the team’s original creative work. -
Poster Requirement
Each submission must include one official poster. Poster size must follow a *4:5 aspect ratio (Portrait Format). -
